Before I read Tom's book I had been spending time, effort and money on my health and fitness but not getting the results that I wanted. Since reading his book, I have achieved a level of health and fitness that I never before would have believed possible for me. I have much more energy, feel fitter, and am healthier - thanks to Tom. For years I have been putting in the effort to improve my health and fitness, but was not getting the results that I wanted. In February 2004 I started searching for information about nutrition, health and fitness. I found Tom has what I have been looking for - honest factual information that works for me, presented in a practical, easy-to-read style. I am enjoying results which have far exceeded my expectations - less fat, more energy, better health. As I read what he has written, I find that his recommendations correspond much more to my own personal experience than to what other people have told me. I am now discovering all sorts of tips and information which are making my fitness goals finally achievable for me. I had already discovered for myself from my own personal experience the truth about most diets and why they don't work. I was searching for what does work. I love being healthy, fit and strong, and until I started reading his book I was becoming less fit, less healthy and often had less energy as I applied other people's advice. As Tom tells me in his free e-book "Big fat lies", I "have been lied to by so many people who provide nutritional information." I have also been misled by much well meaning, but incorrect advice from family, friends, doctors, natural therapists and others. I am very surprised to discover that many of my own ideas are the same as Tom recommends, however without his assistance, the benefits of many of my own ideas were sabotaged by what I was doing that didn't work. I was previously putting in the effort but not getting the results. What Tom offers is is a a very simple affordable nutritional and exercise program. It has benefits not only in health, fitness, and fat loss, but also in achieving much of what you and I want in our lives. 3 weeks after I started reading Tom's book, I started feeling fitter and very energetic. My blood pressure reduced from 130/80 to 110/70. I have more energy. I enjoy exercise more, as well as experiencing better health. I have had to tighten my belt 4 notches during 2 months since purchasing his book. Tom offers life long results, not quick short term results that do not last. To me that demonstrates integrity.
